Buddy/Sibling Requests:

• Buddy Requests are for D7 players only (2020-2021 birth years).
• Buddy Requests for D6: (2018-19) – D4: (2014-15) are limited to volunteers only.
• Sibling requests for the same practice field and days can be made for all divisions, but not guaranteed.
• ALL Buddy/Sibling Requests must be submitted through our (Click Here>>>>)  Buddy/Sibling Request Link no later than 1/31/2026. Email requests will not be considered.

Please note that a request is not a guarantee, so there is a chance your request may not be fulfilled.

Spring 2026 Registration Fees

*Early Registration: Oct 20^th  – Nov 21, 2025

D7 & D6: $175

D5, D4+, D3 COED: $205

 

*Regular Registration: Nov 22 – Jan 31^st, 2026

D7 & D6: $210

 D5, D4+, D3 COED: $240

• Online Registration Closes: January 31st 2026 at midnight.
• LATE REGISTRATION: Starts Feb 3, 2026 at the clubhouse by appointment only. - Click here for hours.
• $20 late fee added to Regular Registrations starting Feb 1, 2026.
• ALL players must register at the clubhouse for late registration by appointment only. - Click here for hours.
• Late registrations and if a division closes during registration, those players will go directly to the wait list. Players will be added to a team if room is available or a player drops.
• There is NO guarantee that a player will be placed on a team.
• If a player is NOT placed on a team, they will have their fees refunded.
• Only Refund Requests prior to 02/28/2026 will be considered, minus administrative fees. 
• Early Bird Period: 100% refund, - Regular Period: 75% refund, Late Period: 50% refund.
• NO REFUNDS after roster freeze 3/9/2026.
• Refund requests for medical reasons during season: Case by case with doctor's note

The registration fee includes 1 practice per week for all teams, 8 games, a full uniform kit, a practice shirt, player medals for D7 to D3 COED.

Players must have soccer cleats, shin guards, a ball, and supply their own water to every practice and game (no need to bring ball to games).

NEW PLAYERS:

● Must provide a birth certificate or valid passport. Without one, players will not be allowed to play.

ONLINE REGISTRATION:

● Returning members: Please make sure your phone numbers, address, and email address are up to date.

● Make sure to read and understand the legal agreements in the GotSport registration system when registering your child.

BUDDY/SIBLING POLICY:

• Both players must buddy each other in order for Buddy Request to be considered.
• Buddy requests may not be granted if your buddy is on the waitlist.
• Siblings in the same division will be placed on the same team. Please notify the Recreational Registrar about siblings no later than 2/1/2026 or they may end up on separate teams.
• Siblings in different divisions. We will do our very best to place them on teams that practice at the same location or in close proximity to each other. If we are notified by 1/31/2026.

WAITLIST:

● Player waitlist will begin once a division is full, even if the registration period is still open.

● Registrations after the registration period will go on the waitlist, unless there are still openings in the players division.

● Waitlist players will receive a refund if not placed on a team.

COACHES:

● Volunteer coaches needed!

● All coaches are parents, guardians, aunts/uncles, older siblings (over the age of 18), grandparents, or community volunteers and are always welcomed.

● DISCOUNT!!!: Receive a $50 discount towards your players registration fee. Valid for one player per team that you coach. To receive your discount please contact the Rec Registrar after you register your player.

● Only coaches are guaranteed the practice days, times, and locations of their choice from our list of fields that will be provided by the Director of Rec Coaches.

● Spring Season:

o D7 & D6: One 1 hour practice per week (Mon-Fri anytime from 5pm-7pm).

o D5-D3 COED: One 1 1/2 hour practices per week (Mon-Fri anytime from 5pm-8pm).

● Games: Saturday's (All Divisions) at Lake Park.
